Q. How do I buy online?
A. You may explore our wine collections by clicking “Our Wines” on the menu bar. Simply click the “Add to Cart” button to select items you wish to purchase. Once you have finished shopping, you may click the “Proceed to Check-Out” button to complete your purchases. Upon check-out, please provide your Billing & Delivery Address. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website** to settle the payment. We will arrange delivery accordingly once we confirm receipt of your payment.

Q. Where is my cart and how can I access it?
A. Your cart can be found on the navigation bar with a “shopping cart” icon. You may click the shopping cart icon to open a pull-down menu which shows the top 4 items within your cart. To access your cart, you may click the “View Cart” button at the bottom of the pull-down menu.
Q. How do I remove my item in the cart?
A. You may remove an item in your cart by clicking the “X” icon next to the product.
Q. I am looking for a certain wine but it is not listed on the website. How can I get them?

Q. How do I trace my online order?
A. You may trace your orders under “My Orders” under “My Account” upon logging in.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. You can only cancel your order before you make a payment. Once payment has been settled, no cancellation is allowed.
Q. What type of payment can I use?
A. We accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal.
Q. Which countries/ regions do you deliver to?
A. We only deliver within Hong Kong at the moment.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. For orders over HK$1,800: Free delivery to one location. For orders below HK$1,800: HK$150 to one location.
Q. Who can receive my order?
A. All deliveries must be received by person aged 18 or above. We reserve the right to request for valid verification.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing?
A. We strive to make sure this never happens but in the event that it does, kindly indicate on the delivery note and we will rectify the issue.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. A replacement or refund may be accorded in case of undrinkable wine, wrong delivery and breakage of wines in the process of delivering to you. Please refer to our T&C for more details.
Q. What do I do if I forget my password or user login?
A. If you were to forget your password, there is a “forgot password” link within the login page for you to request for a password reset. Your user login would be your email and if you were to forget your user login, please call us or email us at email@example.com to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
Q. How do I edit my personal or shipping information?
A. Within your Profile, you are able to edit your personal / shipping information by clicking on “Account Information” or “Address book” respectively.
Q. How secure is the information I provide to Brix Wines & Spirits?
A. Everything on Brix Wines & Spirits will only be used internally as no information would be shared with anyone else. Encryption over the internet is of a global standard and payment transactions are only made through secure socket layers to ensure protection from any intruders
