General Terms & Conditions

The successful transaction of the electronic order does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the relationship between the offer and sell. Brix (HK) Ltd. reserves the right at any time to decline the order or supply less than the quantity you ordered for any reason without prior notice.

Under normal circumstances, goods ordered will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Customers should ensure a person aged 18 or above to be present during the agreed delivery time slot to collect the alcoholic items. If no one accepts the delivery at the nominated delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, re-delivery service charges may be applied.

1) Service Charges
For a single purchase of HK$1,800 net, customer is entitled to one Free Delivery Service for one location within Hong Kong Island & Kowloon. Otherwise, delivery charges apply as follows:
(a) HK$150 per location for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon;

(b) Additional delivery charges will be applicable for New Territories and Lantau Island;
(c) No delivery services will be provided for Discovery Bay and other Outlying Islands.

For orders received from Mon to Fri between 10:30am to 3:30pm (the “cut-off time”), it will be processed in the next delivery schedule as below. Longer processing time may be required if orders are received on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

In case of urgent order received for next working day after our cut-off time or could not meet our delivery schedule, it may be arranged with additional delivery charges. Please contact our staff for further details.

(a) Tsuen Wan District bounds to Belvedere Garden and Cheung Shan Estate;

(b) Shatin District bounds to Hong Kong Science Park; 

(c) Service to Ma Wan is limited between 10:00am to 4:00pm due to restricted access by HKSAR.

3) Delivery Service Timeslot
The delivery service hour is from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday excluding Sunday and Public Holidays, and only available to buildings with lift service.

Under bad weather conditions, normal delivery services could be delayed and suspended if typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Customer will be contacted for re-scheduling the delivery.

For unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address being provided or time change without 2 working days’ advance notice to us, customer will to be responsible for re-delivery charges.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

4) Non-Pick up/ Non-delivery
If items ordered could not be successfully delivered to our customers within one month of purchase, which could be due to inaccurate address or contact details or customer refuses to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge wine storage fees.

The Company has the right to dispose the wine without further notice to the Customer, if the wine could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase. The Company shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.

All prices and vintages on the wine list are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice particularly in case of major currency fluctuations. Brix (HK) Ltd. will periodically update the price list with our latest information. In the event that the Company is unable to fulfill any of the products or services in customer order, Brix (HK) Ltd. will notify customer(s) by phone or email before their requested delivery date.

Costumers must carefully inspect all goods upon collection/delivery and provide signature on the delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) immediately. The signed delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) by recipient will be deemed to be your acceptance of goods with full satisfaction and no return will be accepted thereafter.

If an item considered to be faulty, consumers must contact our shop-in-charge immediately and return requests will only be considered for wine items less than HK$800 (per bottle) and vintages less than 10 years old. In any case, consumer must contact us within 7 working days after delivery with original invoice.

Customers will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfaction after 7 days from the date of purchase, and thereafter will nor be entitled to reject the goods for any reasons.

Goods are offered on cash terms. Bank-in & bank transfer transactions are subject to clearance before delivery.

Brix (HK) Ltd. reserves the right to limit or decline any sales amount to customers and change the payment method for any order when it is required.

All risks of the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery but the products remain to be the property of the Company until full payment has been well received.

Brix (HK) Ltd. reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of Brix (HK) Ltd. shall be final and conclusive.

Brix Wine Club - Terms & Conditions

Members' discount benefit is not applicable to any price controlled, redemptions, sales & promotional/special offers, coupons, wine events, activities and services.
The benefits offered to Club Members may change from time to time without prior notice or at the discretion of the company.
There is no expiry date set for the club membership. However, any future expiry date set will be at the discretion of Brix (HK) Limited.
